The Reiki Ideals are not about a religion or a spiritual path, for me they are about you building an inner compass that aligns with who you truly are. When we are able to release the hold of the past, not allow the future to dictate our current reality, then we can be free to choose. Free to choose how we want to show up, who we want to be.
