Reiki Ideals - Just for Today… I will do my Work Honestly

As a Reiki Master and Transformational energy worker, I have had to go deep, to those places I thought were buried long ago and rediscover the pain that was influencing the current version of me and who I wanted to be. If I was going to help others heal, I had to heal myself first. This begins with mastery of the self. Are we perfect? Heck no, but that's the exquisite beauty of being human. Doing the work honestly is committing to yourself first and foremost and not bypassing by only embracing what is light. This feels good in the moment but we are here for as long as we've got and might as well lighten the load! And do you want to know something? As we lighten the load through working through our triggers, our patterns and release those stored emotions, embracing what is light becomes that much easier, that much more beautiful to behold.
